While most of our products are designed in North America, we work with a logistics warehouse in Shanghai to fulfill our high demand and ship internationally at competitive rates, which keeps shipping costs low and eliminates taxes. Can i Cancel my order?
Generally , we do'nt accept cancellations . Please be aware that our team works really hard to process your order fast as possible .In some cases we can only consider if you contact with in 12 hours of placing order.
Can i change my shipping address or Size of the Product?
Please contact us with in 5 hours of placing your order, and we will do everything in our power to make the necessary changes before the transaction is executed. Please be aware that while our staff tries hard to ship your purchase as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee the change.
